OILFIELD, OFFICE AND YARD - POSITIONS CURRENTLY OPEN

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

General Statement of Duties: This role is very important to the flow and operation of our company. In this role the candidate will be responsible for all routine accounting duties that take place within our company. The candidate will also maintain close communication with our sales team, operations staff, and ownership to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Job Duties:
• Preparing and creating Invoices
• Entering and processing Accounts Payable
• Bank Deposits and Reconciliations
• Responsible for collections
• Process payroll, make payroll tax deposits, prepare and submit payroll reports
• Year-End review and financial statement preparation
• Filing and payment of Colorado sales tax
• Preparing monthly reports for management and ownership

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor or Associates degree in Accounting, a closely related field or 3 years equivalent experience
• Experience and/or Training: proficiency in QuickBooks, advanced MS Excel user, proficient in other Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook

General Statement of Duties: Work under tutelage of a Field Supervisor and Field Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Must make safety a #1 priority.
  • Submit Current Motor Vehicle Record (30 Days)
  • Must be able to work a minimum of a two week rotation.
  • An insurable driving record.
  • Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to travel extensively.
  • Must be detail oriented and have analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities.
  • Must have the ability to effectively make decisions.
  • Must be able to work independently and also within a team environment.
  • Class A CDL required – 2 Year Minimum
Preferred Skills:
  • Safe operation of commercial vehicles, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with rig up / rig down, pressure pumping services, and other well site activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities a plus.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and drive team oriented results.
Typical Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to write and speak English clearly.
  • Must be able to hear effectively for radio communication.
  • Must have the mobility of reaching, bending and twisting to perform tasks in a harsh environment.
  • Requires some sitting.
  • Requires ongoing bending, stooping and stretching and raising arms over head.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. off the ground as well as over the head.
  • Must be able to push 120 lbs. without the use of a hand-truck or forklift.
