Position Title: Office Manager Job Description

Assistant to the Controller:

  • All aspects of A/P from placing orders to writing checks
  • All aspects of A/R from obtaining MSAs, insurance, invoicing, to collections
  • All aspects of payroll from collecting/entering time sheets, processing payroll, preparing checks and ACH
  • Dealing with all types of deductions and other legal obligations
  • Payroll tax deposits
  • Government payroll tax and UIT reports
  • Bank transfers and reports
  • Ad Hoc financial and statistical reports

HR Generalist:

  • Recruiting new employees
  • Onboarding, including all legal requirements for new hires
  • Benefits administration including review of options at renewal
  • Compliance with FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ACA, HIPAA
  • Deal with Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Off boarding including all benefit terminations and legal notices
  • Deal with unemployment claims

Office Administration:

  • Control filing systems to assure reliability and compliance with laws
  • Manage office staff
  • Answer phones when needed
  • Process inbound and outbound mail
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Purchase supplies
  • Maintain clean and orderly office environment
  • Reconfigure phone system

Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel. Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as a high level of critical thinking.

Position Title: Light Mechanic

  • Job Duties:
    Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation, replacing filters, repairs on vehicles.
  • Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
  • Maintain an organized and clean shop and yard.
  • Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
  • Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
  • Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
  • Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
  • Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Position Title: Frac Specialists 

General Statement of Duties:  Work under tutelage of a Field Supervisor and Field Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Must make safety a #1 priority.
  • Submit Current Motor Vehicle Record (30 Days)
  • Must be able to work a minimum of a two week rotation..
  • An insurable driving record.
  • Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to travel extensively.
  • Must be detail oriented and have analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities.
  • Must have the ability to effectively make decisions.
  • Must be able to work independently and also within a team environment.
  • Class A CDL a plus but not madatory

Preferred Skills

  • Safe operation of commercial vehicles, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with rig up / rig down, pressure pumping services, and other well site activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities a plus.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and drive team oriented results.

Typical Physical Demands.

  • Must be able to write and speak English clearly.  Must be able to hear effectively for radio communication.
  • Must have the mobility of reaching, bending and twisting to perform tasks in a harsh environment.
  • Requires some sitting. Requires ongoing bending, stooping and stretching and raising arms over head.
